Protecting your privacy is important to us here at Gametime. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Gametime United, Inc. (“Gametime United,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards the personal information we collect about you, including personal information you provide on Gametime United’s website, www.sales-gametime.com, and through or in connection with our mobile apps or other software- and Internet-enabled programs and services provided by Gametime United and on which we post this Policy (collectively, the "Services"). 1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect information about you in multiple ways, including when you provide information directly to us, when we receive information from other parties, and automatically through your use of the Services. Such information may include:
Information you provide us directly: We may collect information from you directly in various ways, such as when you register for a Gametime United account, fill out a survey or provide us with feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, such as for customer support. The information you may provide us directly may include your username, first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, ticket purchases and searches, support communications, and User Content.
Information we may receive from unaffiliated parties: We may receive information about you from unaffiliated parties. For example, if you “follow” or “like” Gametime United through an unaffiliated service, that unaffiliated party may pass certain information about you to Gametime United. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), any information you have made public in connection with that service, and other information about you including information associated with your profile with that unaffiliated party such as photos, videos, lists of friends, location, and/or your posts or “likes.”
If you choose to use our invitation service to invite a third party to the Services through our friend-referral feature, you may directly choose a friend to invite through your mobile device’s native contact list.
You understand that by inviting a friend to Gametime United through our friend-referral feature, you are directly sending a text or email from your personal accounts. In addition, you understand and agree that normal carrier charges apply to communications sent from your phone. Since this invitation is coming directly from your email or phone, we do not have access to or control this communication.
Information we collect automatically:
Analytics information: We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends and conduct other analytics for the Services. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Services.
Cookies information: When you visit the Services, we may send one or more cookies – which are small bits of data stored on your device – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets Gametime United help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Services. A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the Services (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on the Services), your online activity, allow us or our business partners to track your usage of the Services over time, and enable us to deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Services. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Services may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Log file information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Services. When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Services, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
Clear gifs/web beacons information: When you use the Services, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our Users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.
Location data: When you access the Services by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data may convey to us information about how you browse and use the Services. Some features of the Services, particularly location-based features, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.

If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which Gametime United or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or vendors maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Policy.
Keeping your Information Safe: Gametime United cares about the security of your information and uses safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of the information we collect about you. 5. ANALYTICS AND TAILORED ADVERTISING
Online Analytics. We may use third-party web analytics services on our Services to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools; engage in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to you. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here. If you receive email from us, we may use certain analytics tools, such as clear GIFs to capture data such as when you open our message or click on any links or banners our email contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.
Tailored Online Advertising. In using the Services, we allow select third party advertising technology partners to place cookies or other tracking technologies on the browser of your device to collect information about you as discussed above. These third parties may use this information to serve relevant content and advertising to you as you browse the Internet, and access their own cookies or other tracking technologies on your browser to assist in this activity. If you are interested in more information about these online advertising activities, and how you can generally control cookies from being put on your computer to deliver tailored advertising, you may visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s “How to Opt Out” page or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link to opt-out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in those programs. We do not control these opt-out links or whether any particular company chooses to participate in these opt-out programs. We are not responsible for any choices you make using these mechanisms or the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms. Please note that if you use these mechanisms, you may still see advertising on our Services or across the Internet, but it may not be tailored to you based on your online behavior over time.
6. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
You control your account information and settings: You may update certain of your account information and email-communication preferences at any time by logging into your account and changing your profile settings.
Email marketing communications: To unsubscribe from promotional email communications, please click on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. Analytics and tailored advertising: You can opt out of certain analytics and advertising processing of information about you by following the instructions in this Policy.
SMS Consent and SMS Terms
If you authorize us to send you text messages, we will not sell or disclose that consent to third parties so that third parties can send you their own promotional or marketing texts. We otherwise do not sell or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. For more information about Gametime's use of SMS see the Gametime SMS Terms.
Rights regarding your information
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have the right, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, to make requests related to your “personal information” or “personal data” (as such terms are defined under applicable law, and collectively referred to in this section as “personal information”). Specifically, you may have the right to ask us to:
-
Inform you about the categories of personal information we collect or disclose about you; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; and the categories of unaffiliated parties with whom we disclose personal information.
-
Provide you access to and/or a copy of certain personal information we hold about you.

-
Revoke your consent for the processing of your information.
Please note that certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we need certain information in order to provide the Services to you. We also need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request, which may include, depending on the sensitivity of the information you are requesting and the type of request you are making, verifying your name, email address, order numbers of previous orders of our products and services, and the date of your last purchase from us. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may be unable to respond to your requests.
As provided in applicable law, you also have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may have the right to receive information about the financial incentives that we offer to you, if any.
To exercise any of these rights, you can submit a request at resolutions@sales-gametime.com or complete our privacy request form. You can also reach out to (888) 355-0132 for a description on how to exercise your rights.
You may be able to designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. In order for an authorized agent to be verified, you must provide the authorized agent with signed, written permission to make such requests or a power of attorney. We may also follow up with you to verify your identity before processing the authorized agent’s request as permitted by applicable law.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to appeal our decision to deny your request, if applicable. If we deny your request, we will provide information about how to exercise that right in our response denying the request.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to opt out of “sales” of your information and “sharing” or processing of your information for targeted advertising. Gametime may allow third parties to receive certain information such as cookies, IP address, device identifiers, hashed contact information, browsing behavior, and/or other activity to enable the delivery of targeted advertising to you. These activities may qualify as the “sale” of personal information or "sharing" or processing of personal information for targeted advertising, as defined in applicable law. Residents of certain states may have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or sharing or processing of their personal information through cookies, pixels, and similar online tools for targeted advertising by clicking on the following link: https://sales-gametime.com/#cookie-preferences, which is also available in the footer of our website. Note, if you use a cookie blocker such as Ghostery, it may block visibility of this tool. Note that you will need to opt out on each device you use to access our website. If you have a legally recognized browser-based opt out preference signal turned on via your device browser (such as Global Privacy Control), we recognize such preference in accordance and to the extent required by applicable law. To opt out of our disclosure of your information for these purposes other than through online tools such as cookies, you can email us at resolutions@sales-gametime.com.

We collect the categories of personal information identified above from the following sources: (1) directly from you; (2) through your use of the Services; and (3) other parties such as unaffiliated parties.
Some of the categories of personal information described above are also “sensitive personal information,” as that term is defined in the CCPA. The sensitive personal information we may have collected in the preceding twelve months are (1) log-in credentials to your Gametime account; and (2) geolocation information. The CCPA provides you with the right to limit certain uses and disclosures of your sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose any sensitive personal information for purposes that are subject to the right to limit.
We may combine the information we collect (“aggregate”) or remove pieces of information (“de-identify”) to limit or prevent identification of any particular User or device. We may use or disclose this aggregated or de-identified information at our discretion.
“Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information
The CCPA sets forth certain obligations for businesses that “sell” or “share” personal information. Where we refer to “sell” or “share” (or their variants) in quotes, we are referring to those terms as uniquely defined in the CCPA.
“Sales” of personal information. Gametime may disclose certain identifiers (like IP address and email address), internet or other electronic network activity information (like information regarding an individual’s browsing interactions on the Services), general location (such as information derived from an IP address), and commercial information (like the fact that a browser visited a page with certain types of tickets) to certain analytics, advertising, and marketing providers in ways that may be considered “sales” under the CCPA.
“Sharing” personal information. Under the CCPA, “sharing” is defined as the targeting of advertising to a consumer based on that consumer’s personal information obtained from the consumer’s activity across websites. We “share” information for these purposes to provide more relevant and tailored advertising to you regarding our Services. As part of this advertising, we may “share” certain identifiers (like IP address and email address), internet or other electronic network activity information (like information regarding an individual’s browsing interactions on the Services), general location (such as information derived from an IP address), and commercial information (like the fact that a browser visited a page with certain types of tickets) with advertising platforms and advertising networks.
If you or your authorized agent would like to opt out of our “sharing” or “sale” of your information for such purposes, you may do so by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of our homepage. Note, if you use a cookie blocker such as Ghostery, it may block visibility of this tool. Note that you will need to opt out on each device you use to access our website. If you have a legally recognized browser-based opt out preference signal turned on via your device browser (such as Global Privacy Control), we recognize the preference expressed by such signal for that browser in accordance with applicable law. To opt out of “sales” of personal information or "sharing" or processing of personal information for targeted advertising that do not use cookies please email us at support@sales-gametime.com.
We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under 16.
Do Not Track Disclosure: We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.
Retention of Personal Information About You: Please see the How We Store and Protect Information About You section above.
Shine the Light: California’s Shine the Light Law (CA Civil Code § 1798.83) allows residents with which a business has an established business relationship to request a list of the third parties to which the business has disclosed certain “personal information” (as specifically defined by the Shine the Light law) during the preceding year where the business knows or reasonably should know that the third parties used the personal information for the third parties’ own "direct marketing purposes,” defined by the Shine the Light law as the use of personal information to solicit or induce a purchase, rental, lease, or exchange of products, goods, property, or services directly to individuals by means of the mail, telephone, or electronic mail for their personal, family, or household purposes. However, the business is not required to provide this information where the business adopts and discloses, in its privacy policy, a policy of not disclosing “personal information” to third parties for their “direct marketing purposes” (1) unless the resident first affirmatively agrees or (2) if the resident has exercised an option that prevents that information from being disclosed. Gametime United maintains such a policy and thus is not required to provide this information. Gametime United does not engage in any disclosures in which it knows or reasonably should know that the third parties use the personal information for their own direct marketing purposes as defined by Shine the Light. However, Gametime United provides California residents the ability to exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) to opt out of “sales” and “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Such opt out would apply to disclosures covered by Shine the Light if they become applicable. Please click the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of our homepage to exercise those CCPA rights.

Oregon and Minnesota Residents
In addition to the rights set forth above, Oregon and Minnesota residents can request a list of the specific “third parties” (as that term is defined by the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act and Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act), other than natural persons, to which personal information has been disclosed.
Users must be 18 years old or older to use our Services. Gametime United does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users.
